We started making cheese in 2015 because we wanted to bring to America authentic, high-quality central American queso (cheese) that everyone can enjoy. All our products are made at our facility in Freeport, Long Island.
We hire only people who are passionate about cheese and have perfected the art of cheese.
You will not find anything artificial or any preservatives in our cheese. Only good old natural ingredients.
We have dozens of satisfied chefs who use our products in many dishes loved by their clientele.
Traditional Oxaca queso (string cheese) is one of our most loved products. It is deliciously creamy, and is the perfect cheese for creating melt-in-your-mouth quesadillas you can’t stop thinking about. It has a pleasant lactic tang and acidity. It is a great alternative to mozzarella.
